The inspiration behind our service
I started GAM Plumbing & Heating because I wanted to raise the standard of service in the trades. After more than 20 years working in plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning, I saw too many customers left confused, overcharged, or unsure if the work was done properly. I knew there had to be a better way — a way that put honesty, clarity, and real craftsmanship first.

My inspiration came from a few personal convictions: I wanted to serve people with honesty and clarity. Customers deserve to feel respected, informed, and confident — not pressured or talked down to. Clear communication is one of the most important parts of the job for me.
